## Testing of Basic Aviation Skills (TBAS) 

### Required Documents Before Your Appointment

Please submit the following materials prior to your scheduled appointment:

- AFOQT scores (scanned copy)
- Unofficial college transcripts (scanned copy)

Email all documents to <afrotc@manhattan.edu>.

### What to Bring on Test Day

- A hard copy flight log documenting all flight hours to be counted toward your PCSM score
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Your original Social Security card
