Chrysostom Hall

Chrysostom Hall is home to Manhattan College’s exclusive first-year residential experience: approximately 100 freshman students who live in a small, tight-knit community. Named for a Christian Brother who was instrumental in the early success of Manhattan College, Chrysostom offers four floors of same-sex, double-occupancy rooms sharing communal bathrooms.

  • Cable TV and Internet telephone access in every room
  • Three lounges with large-screen TVs and air conditioning (large enough to host frequent small-group and building-wide programs)
  • Two kitchen/dining areas
  • A laundry room
  • A study room for quiet work or small-group projects
  • A recreation room with pool tables, ping-pong and other games
  • Vending machines for snacks and beverages
  • Wireless Internet throughout the building
