Visitor and Guest Parking Requests

Visitor Parking for College Departments

Faculty, staff, and administrators who need parking spaces for campus guests must submit their request online using the electronic parking request form.  You may no longer request guest parking by calling or emailing Public Safety.

  • Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • All visitor parking will be in the garage. If you need a visitor parking space on campus (Lower Forecourt, Jasper, Draddy lots), the request must be authorized by your vice president or dean. Authorization from VP/dean is not required for parking requests during evening hours (4 p.m. to 12 a.m.) or on a weekend/holiday.

Visitor Parking for Students

Students who have guests must obtain a parking permit for their guest’s car. To receive a guest parking, you must present the signed yellow copy of the Manhattan College visitor’s pass to the Public Safety office on the day of the guest’s arrival. All guest parking permit requests MUST be made during the hours of 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students are responsible for parking tickets received by guests.
