Publication Request

The Office of Marketing and Communication can assist departments with producing collateral materials. Please note:

  • It generally takes 5-10 working days to produce a project, and another 5-10 working days to have it printed
  • Please submit project requests 2-4 weeks before you need it completed.
  • Requests for smaller projects, such as brochures, flyers or postcards, should be submitted at least 2 weeks before you need it.
  • Larger projects, such as booklets, newsletters or publications with intricate design needs, should be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance.
