The Manhattan College diversity committee will host a history of black film event on Thursday, Feb. 23 in the Smith Auditorium to commemorate Black History Month.

Men's cross country team recognized for its academic success by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) — two days after the women's cross country team received the same honor.  

The Manhattan College English department and the school of arts are launching the fourth semester of the Major Author Reading Series (M.A.R.S.), beginning with acclaimed author Junot Díaz on Feb. 29 at 5 p.m.

Women’s cross country team named a Division I Cross Country All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). The Jaspers posted a team GPA of 3.19 during the fall semester. 

Engineering Awareness Program introduces high school students to potential careers in engineering. Applications are now being accepted for the summer 2012 program held in July on Manhattan College's campus. 

College will also honor Cardinal with honorary doctorate degree during ceremony. 

Manhattan is the first college in New York City to receive Fair Trade College status for its work in expanding fair trade as part of its commitment to social responsibility.
