Manhattan College will host the 28th annual advanced placement program this summer in the school of education.

The Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities (CICU) officially announced the election of Brennan O’Donnell, Ph.D., president of Manhattan College, to CICU’s 2011-2012 Board of Trustees today.

Tina Chang, poet laureate of Brooklyn and author of Half-Lit Houses, will present a poetry reading at Manhattan College’s Major Authors Reading Series (M.A.R.S.) on Tuesday, April 19 at 4:30 p.m. in the O’Malley Library Alumni Room followed by a discussion.

In honor of National Autism Awareness month this April, Manhattan College’s school of education is hosting an autism panel presentation on Thursday, April 14 at 6:30 p.m. in the Alumni Room of O’Malley Library

Bloomberg Businessweek/ survey ranks Manhattan 13th out of 50 colleges.
