Francesco Ricci, a senior in the chemical engineering program at Manhattan College and a resident of Briarcliff Manor, has co-authored the textbook Thermodynamics for the Practicing Engineer  by Louis Theodore, Francesco Ricci and Timothy Vanvliet.
