Manhattan College will host the 28th annual advanced placement program this summer in the school of education, Aug. 1-5, in partnership with La Salle University and the Middle States Regional Office of the College Board.
Courses are offered in 24 content areas, and are designed to provide teachers with an overview of the basic structure and content necessary for an advanced placement course. The featured three-credit courses include: Art History, Human Geography, Biology, Japanese Language & Culture, Calculus AB, Music Theory, Calculus BC, Physics B, Chemistry, Psychology, Computer Science, Spanish Language, English Language & Composition, Spanish Literature, English Literature & Composition, Statistics, Environmental Science, Studio Art, European History, U.S. History, French Language and Culture, U.S. Government And Politics, German Language and Culture, and World History.
