Office Manager

Location: Thomas Hall

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Duties:
Manages the offices of the Dean of Students and Residence Life. This includes, but is not limited to, performing a full range of administrative/clerical tasks, processing disciplinary and residency histories, extensive and frequent correspondence with other departments, students, and families, scheduling and supervising student office workers, managing the student worker and other budgets, and tracking departmental vacation and sick leave. The office manager has full and complete knowledge of all applicable operating policies and processes for both offices.

Requirements:
Candidate must be an effective communicator (both written and verbal), organized, able to prioritize, able to work with distractions, customer service-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive student information, and proficient with Microsoft Office and Banner.
