Assistant/Associate Professor - Accounting Tenure Track
The Manhattan College School of Business seeks applicants for a tenure-track assistant or associate professor position in Accounting beginning in fall 2016.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Accounting or a related field. We will also consider applicants expecting a doctoral degree in the near future. Candidates must provide evidence of teaching effectiveness, research accomplishments, and/or relevant work experience. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in various areas of Accounting, engaging in scholarly activities, engaging with the business community and participating in on-campus and off-campus activities. The successful applicant will collaborate with other Business School faculty in developing curriculum and research initiatives to help advance the school’s mission of excellence in teaching and scholarship.

The School of Business offers AACSB-accredited programs of study, including an inter-disciplinary five-year BS/MBA track, to approximately 800 business majors.
