About

Biochemistry; Chemistry and Biochemistry for non-science majors. I spend most of my teaching time in classes designed for non-science majors, including students who are majoring in the arts, education, or business. However, I also teach the two-semester introductory biochemistry class, so that if you are a biochemistry major, I will be your biochemistry teacher.

Research

Protein structure and function; peptide conformation; the role of secondary and super-secondary structure in proteins; analytical methods for the determination of secondary structure including capillary electrophoresis.
