Supervisory Skills Assessor                    
Contracted to score supervisory skills in-basket tests used to hire and promote applicants to the  positions of store manager or regional director for Stop & Shop and Pathmark Stores, Inc.  
 
Team Building Consultant
Contracted by CUNY: Queens College to facilitate group discussions regarding curriculum changes in the department of education. 
 
Job Analysis Training Consultant        
Contracted by personnel department of a local rubber processing company to train managers on the purposes of job analysis and job analysis techniques.  Training included explaining the legal benefits of job descriptions and methods for writing job descriptions. Also contracted to critique company job descriptions which are currently being written. 
 
Survey Research Consultant
Sub-contracted to help facilitate survey feedback sessions for a local packaging plant that was attempting to implement total quality management techniques. 
 
Performance Appraisal Consultant
Designed, administered, and evaluated a survey regarding perceptions of a new company performance appraisal system at BP oil refineriesnationwide.  Presented results to refinery and human resources managers.  
 
Test Development Consultant
Subcontracted to provide professional services on several projects for Barrett and Associates.  Constructed selection test items for a metropolitan fire department. Conducted job analysis interviews, wrote job descriptions and job specifications.  Participated in test development and evaluation. 
 
Selection System Validation Consultant
Subcontracted to assist with a predictive validation study for Weyerhouser International.  The selection system included seven predictors such as structured interviews and ability tests.  The validity of these selection methods was assessed against nine different criteria.
