General Reunion Weekend Information

Registration

Registration for Reunion Weekend 2013 will begin in March and will be available online and through the Reunion Weekend brochure.

Costs

Registration Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email. Please be sure to include your preferred email address if submitting registration via fax or mail. No confirmation or registration documents are mailed. Registration packets must be picked up on campus on Friday and/or Saturday.

Deadline

The deadline for all reservations is May 17, 2013. Please plan to register in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations made by May 24, 2013. We cannot accommodate refunds after this date.

Registration Modifications

Modifications to your registration can be made by calling the alumni relations office at (718) 862-7432.

Reunion Weekend Mass

A Reunion Vigil Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel of De La Salle and His Brothers on Saturday afternoon. Celebration of the Eucharist will be led by Jasper clergy and will include a blessing of anniversary medals.

25th & 50th Anniversary Classes

Special packages will be available to those alumni celebrating silver and golden anniversaries. Details about these events will be in the Reunion brochure.

Saturday Reunion Celebration Dinner

All reunion classes will celebrate their return to campus under the tent on the Quad. There is no assigned or reserved seating for this event. Tables will be in class sections.

Suggested Attire

The weekend is generally casual though many guests dress business casual for class receptions and for Mass on Saturday. Given the usually warm summer temperatures, we recommend dressing for comfort.

On-Campus Accommodations

Complete the experience of returning to campus by staying in the East Hill Residence Hall. Rooms will be provided with fresh linens, pillows and blankets. Towels and toiletries are complimentary. Hairdryers, irons and hangers are not available.

Rooms are suite-style and feature two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has at least two beds and all beds are single size. Friends may consider sharing a suite, and every attempt will be made to accommodate groups and classes. Please note, charges are per person, not per room.

Parking

Parking will be available throughout the weekend in the various campus lots. Overnight guests are advised to park in the Draddy Gymnasium parking lot, which is closest to East Hill Hall. Upon arrival, please visit the College's main guard booth and follow instructions set forth by security officials.

Campus Connections

A bookstore annex will be made available to purchase Manhattan apparel and gifts throughout the weekend. Campus tours will also be offered throughout the weekend.
