Construction Industry

The annual Construction Industry Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Manhattan College Alumni Society, has become a signature event for alumni and friends of Manhattan College. The program was founded by Joe Van Etten ’57 in 1997 and is currently co-chaired by Mike McHugh ’80 and Milo Riverso ’81, Ph.D.

All profits provide support for the College's distinctive mission, which is to offer a Lasallian Catholic education to all deserving students. Past tournament earnings provided an endowed civil engineering scholarship in memory of our friend, Joe Van Etten, whose efforts and generosity made this event what it is today. Today’s tournament benefits the College’s civil engineering program, providing all students pursuing a degree in civil engineering the benefit of program enhancements.

Please consider a personal or corporate partnership. Your support and participation is very much appreciated! We are grateful to all sponsors, golfers, and volunteers who help make the Construction Industry Golf Tournament a great success.
