Contact your company’s personnel office to investigate this source of financial assistance.
If your employer will cover full tuition costs, you will only need to pay tuition for the first course at the time of registration. You may use the reimbursement you receive from your employer for the first course and succeeding courses to cover tuition costs.
If your employer will cover partial tuition costs, you may deduct the partial amount from the tuition due each term. The resulting balance will be the amount due at registration, and you must pay it in full or according to a pre-arranged payment plan.
You are responsible for processing the funds that will be available from your employer. A signed promissory note will be required at registration, verifying the level of employer tuition assistance available. Signed documents from your employer will also be required. Some employers ask to pay course reimbursements on a term basis; if this is so in your case, you will need to make special arrangements with the financial coordinator regarding an acceptable schedule for payment. Minimally, in such a situation, you will be required to pay for the first course in each term.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash, personal checks and money orders are accepted for payment of tuition fees.
Eligibility is determined by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Please contact your VA representative to find out if you qualify.
