- Generating Biodiesel from Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO). A cooperative effort with Gourmet Dining and the School of Business, with an ultimate goal of converting the WVO to fuel vehicles used by the college and possibly selling the surplus to the local community. (ABULENCIA, JAMES )
