Instructions for Faculty 

Faculty who instruct graduate and adult degree completion program courses are required to attend. Other faculty members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The spring commencement ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. in Draddy Gymnasium. Faculty will be asked to assemble in the auxiliary gymnasium of Alumni Hall at 2:30 p.m. to form an academic procession. No ticket will be required for faculty members.

Faculty needing to order cap and gown may do so at the bookstore, ext. 7249. It is suggested that faculty members vest at their respective offices, since there will be no security provided in the auxiliary gymnasium of Alumni Hall for your possessions.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, faculty are invited to a post-commencement reception for students and their guests, which will be held under the tents on the Quadrangle.
