Spring Commencement: May 18, 2013

Spring commencement ceremonies are for master's students, and School of Continuing and Professional Studies. 

Schedule

  • 2pm: Doors open for seating in Draddy Gym
  • 2pm: Graduates report to designated assembly area
  • 3pm: Commencement ceremony begins
  • 4:30pm: Reception on the Quad

Ceremony

The spring commencement ceremony is for all masters candidates and the school of continuing and professional studies who have completed degree requirements in September ’12, February ’13 and May ’13. Tickets are required for guests to attend the commencement ceremony.

  • The commencement ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. in Draddy Gymnasium.
  • Doors will open to guests at 2 p.m. Have your tickets ready. 
  • Food and drink are not permitted.

Keynote Address & Honorary Degree Recipient 

Bernard P. Pierorazio, superintendent of the Yonkers Public Schools, will deliver Manhattan College’s keynote address at the College’s 171st Spring Commencement. Mr. Pierorazio will receive an honorary doctor of pedagogy degree during the 3 p.m. ceremony.
