As part of the experiential learning requirement of the M.B.A. program, Manhattan College offers an internship program that gives students the opportunity to gain professional work experience and explore career options while still in school.

The internship program provides learning opportunities beyond the traditional classroom that engage students in applying theory and knowledge gained in the classroom to practical application in a business or professional setting. In this setting, students will advance their own professional and personal development, which includes the acquisition of key academic and life skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving, communication, collaboration, goal setting, and self-appraisal.

In order to receive credit for an internship the student must enroll in MBAE 601 and find a faculty sponsor who will supervise the academic element of the internship.

Students enrolling in MBAE 601 must complete the Internship Application.

Upon conclusion of the internship, students must have their supervisor complete the Employer Evaluation Form.
