Career Advising

The School of Business, in collaboration with the Center for Career Development (CCD), promotes all career development activities.
A dedicated business faculty member works with students on career development and internship coordination. The faculty member also works closely with CCD to ensure that business students take full advantage of the numerous programs and resources available to assist the student with transitioning their academic experience into professional success. Additionally, a CCD career adviser can provide guidance regarding choosing a major, career paths, job opportunities and the mentor program, which pairs students with alumni mentors.
The internship program  gives students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in their field of interest. And, because our campus is just a short subway ride away from the center of one of the world's most influential cities, our students are spoiled for choice when it comes to internship opportunities.

Business students can participate in the School of Business Passport Program, which integrates career development, professional networking, experiential learning, and co-curricular opportunities as part of the academic endeavor. It is an incentive program where students can get involved, build their resume, and establish meaningful professional relationships while participating in the many opportunities that Manhattan College has to offer.
